Warranty

PDC Racing offers a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects to the original owner. Warranty is not valid without original invoice. Parts sold with a PDC Racing frame are to be warrantied by their respective manufacturers; PDC Racing does not warranty, repair or replace shocks, hubs, or any other part sold with the product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects unrelated to normal wear and tear, damage or loss due to accident, abuse, misuse or neglect of the frame. This includes, cased landings, aborted wheelie drops, impact of inanimate objects, or crashing of any kind. Our frames warranty is valid when the frame is used for its intended purpose. Always use fork bumps, as damage due to frame caused by triple clamp forks is not covered under warranty. PDC Racing is no way responsible, or liable for bodily injury of any sort, including fatalities, due to equipment failure. It is your responsibility to inspect your bicycle, and to assure it is mechanically sound and safe. PDC Racing’s warranty covers the use of our product in its intended application: racing. Your warranty is not void due to racing as long as the claim falls within the aforementioned guidelines. Return shipping to customers where a warranty claim was valid, is at no cost to the customer. Frames will be repaired, or replaced where applicable. Repair to frames that do not fall under warranty will be carried out with minimal charges. Contact PDC Racing before shipping a product for warranty claim, as a Return Authorization (RA #) Number is mandatory. We are here to please you; we want our customers to know we will do our very best to exceed expectations. We appreciate honesty in warranty situations, so please avoid “Just Riding Along” claims; we’ve been around the block.
